02 / THE UNDERSTANDING
There’s more
to a rep.
Explore the muscles behind the movement. Connect the sets you complete with a three-dimensional view of the muscles involved.
An educational anatomy reference. A clearer view of training, never an exact body scan.

03 / THE PERSPECTIVE
Small steps.
A bigger picture.
One workout becomes a week. A week becomes a habit. Give your effort a place to add up.
Look back. Move forward.
Review workouts, completed sets, and training volume. Revisit your history and see the work behind the numbers.
Your training stays personal.
Your journal is stored on your iPhone. No account required.

Good questions.
Thoughtful training starts with clarity.
When can I get Demigod?
Demigod is coming to iPhone. An App Store link will appear here when the app is available.
What can I explore in the app?
The current development build brings together an upper-body workout journal, exercise technique notes, 3D anatomy, weekly muscle load, and training history. Animated repetitions currently cover bench press and dumbbell curl; other exercises show the muscles involved.
Are these real app screens?
Yes. These are captures of the native iOS development build, using sample data. The app is still being refined, so the released experience may evolve.
Is the body model a scan of me?
No. It is an anatomy reference with approximate proportions. It does not reproduce your individual body or measure body composition. Demigod is a training journal and educational tool, not a medical service.
Do I need an account?
The current iPhone build stores your journal and body profile on the device without an account. Optional Apple Health imports require your permission. Read more about privacy.
